Karen Owen joins Harbor's Edge

Norfolk, VA – Harbor’s Edge recently hired Karen Price Owen as Senior Living Counselor in the Marketing and Sales department.  In her new role, Ms. Owen will be an integral part in building the brand, awareness, and sales for the community.
