If you ever require intensive skilled healthcare services Harbor's Edge Health Center provides you with 24-hour access to compassionate care from familiar doctors, nurses and clinical professionals.  Our highly-trained clinical staff provides care in the privacy of residents' spacious suites to ensure their dignity and comfort. 

In addition the Health Center provides residents with the opportunity to enjoy the companionship of other residents in warm, open gathering areas and at specially-planned events.  Staff works closely with Health Center residents to ensure that they know they are an integral part of daily life at Harbor's Edge.

In addition to the regular services that all Harbor's Edge residents enjoy, Health Center residents can count on:

• Continuum of care from independent living, assisted living, memory support and long-term care
• Personalized health plan tailored to their specific needs and desires
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (iADLs) including personal hygiene, dressing, eating, walking, toileting and transferring from one position to another
