  • Our impeccable cleaning staff provides weekly housekeeping services, including cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and changing linens.

  • Much like the staff at an elite hotel, our friendly concierge team provides personalized, timely assistance seven days a week. Some of our concierge services include:

    • Information on community resources

    • Parcel delivery and pick-up service

    • Door-to-door dry cleaning services

    • Assistance with personal transportation

    • Copy and faxing services

  • Our property management staff can take care of interior and exterior maintenance in your residence. You don’t need to lift a finger.

  • Schedule trips to social and cultural events, nearby shopping centers and grocery stores. We also provide transportation for medical and non-medical appointments upon availability.

  • Security is a top priority at Harbor’s Edge, and as a resident, you will have around-the-clock security. This includes a secured parking garage, video surveillance, emergency call system and regular staff rounds.
